The high-bay warehouse operates independently of standard forklifts. At the LPR Pallo facility, the warehouse height is 8 meters, accommodating several hundred pallet positions.

The PNA narrow-aisle truck, manufactured by Rockla, performs excellently in this high-bay environment.

Operating the PNA requires a brief period of training, as the controls differ completely from those of a standard forklift. Pallet handling is smooth and safe, even at the highest storage levels.

Pater Automated Storage System

The Pater unit was originally acquired several years ago for the Espoo warehouse. When the high-bay warehouse was commissioned, the Pater was relocated to the Pallo facility and upgraded with a Siemens control system. The unit holds an immense number of components, enabling rapid order picking.

The LPR Pallo warehouse is primarily used to store heavy equipment weighing over 30 kg. Goods are transferred directly from the loading dock onto trucks. Domestic pallet freight is handled for us by Schenker.

The unit was taken directly out of service, dismantled, and stored in Lappeenranta. We sell and deliver the palletizer serviced and installed.
